This hotel boasts a great location with stunning views from the rooms and verandas. the rooms are comfortable and the staff provides outstanding service with a customized experience. the hotel serves Eastern and Western food with seasonal fruits and a special BBQ upon request. the spa is on the premises and provides privacy and quiet for in-house guests.
The hotel could benefit from having more staff to help around and ensure that guests' needs are promptly met.

Lovely views of the mountains and the town. the garden was well-maintained and pleasant. the staff were generally helpful and friendly.
The food was below average, especially for Christmas dinner. the room was not very clean, and some things seemed old and some broken.

My romantic escape was simply amazing. The breathtaking scenic view from the hotel was unforgettable. We were lucky to have rooms with a great double bed and a beautiful spacious balcony. The location was perfect, not far from the main town and Ella. The food was delicious and the hospitable staff made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the spa treatments and the fresh flowers on our pillows were a lovely touch.
There were no negative aspects of our stay here. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

I had an amazing time staying here! The hotel had great facilities and was very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcomed. Additionally, the location was stunning and the breakfast was delicious.
